Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At Luxe Dry Bar, we’re committed to creating a seamless, elevated experience from the moment you book. To protect the time reserved for each guest and our stylists, the following policies apply to all appointments.
50% Prepayment Required
A 50% prepayment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your prepayment will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Appointments are not confirmed until the required prepayment is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. When at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, your prepayment may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notifying Luxe Dry Bar will be considered a no-show. No-shows may forfeit their prepayment and will be required to submit a new 50% prepayment before booking another appointment.
Late Arrivals
We recommend arriving on time so you can enjoy your full service. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their service adjusted or may need to reschedule, depending on availability. If we are unable to accommodate your appointment due to a late arrival, our cancellation policy may apply.
Appointment Changes
If you would like to add, remove, or change a service, please contact us in advance. Service changes are subject to availability and may affect the length or cost of your appointment.
Booking Agreement
By booking an appointment with Luxe Dry Bar, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to our booking, prepayment, cancellation, no-show, and late-arrival policies. We understand that unexpected situations happen, and exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Luxe Dry Bar management.
